Important: VOX™ is built for security and identity-based access control. VOX is not spyware, not
a wiretapping tool, and not a surveillance platform.

Purpose of VOX
VOX™ (Verified Owner Exclusive™) is a security technology designed to protect the owner’s
personal property and the people connected to that property through identity-based access control and anti-theft protection. VOX exists to prevent unauthorized use, tampering, and theft—while preserving user privacy.

VOX is not a monitoring service, wiretapping tool, or data-harvesting platform.

No Secret Recording / No Surveillance
VOX does not secretly record, store, analyze, or transmit personal conversations, ambient audio, or private communications.

• VOX does not listen continuously.
• VOX does not record conversations.
• VOX does not store voice data beyond encrypted identity verification markers.
• VOX does not capture or analyze the content of speech.

Voice input is used only at the moment of authentication and only to verify the owner’s identity.

No Cooperation with Law Enforcement for Surveillance
VOX does not cooperate with local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies for surveillance
purposes. VOX will never provide recorded conversations, passive monitoring data, real-time
listening, or operate as an investigative or intelligence tool.
VOX is not a law enforcement product and is not designed to police the people.

Limited Cooperation — Property Tampering Only
VOX may cooperate with local authorities only when the owner’s personal property is actively tampered with, stolen, or unlawfully accessed. Any information shared is limited to security-related event data only and only after a verified security event or owner authorization, except where required by law.

Owner Control & Consent
The owner retains full control over VOX settings, permissions, authorized users, alerts, and
notifications.

Not Spyware. Not a Listening Device.
VOX is explicitly not spyware and does not track individuals, monitor behavior, record private life, or operate covertly.

Data Minimization & Encryption
VOX follows a minimum-data principle. Voice identity data is encrypted, stored only as biometric verification markers, and cannot be reconstructed into conversations.

No Third-Party Data Sales
VOX does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal data. No advertising surveillance. No data brokers.
