VOX™ TERMS & CONDITIONS (TERMS OF USE)

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing, installing, purchasing, or using any VOX™ product,
   software, mobile application, firmware, or service (collectively, the
   “VOX System”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
   (“Terms”).
   If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VOX.

2. Purpose of VOX
   VOX™ (Verified Owner Exclusive™) is a security and identity-based access
   control system designed to protect personal property and the people
   connected to that property by preventing unauthorized use, tampering, or
   theft.
   VOX is not:

• A surveillance system
• A law-enforcement tool
• A monitoring or wiretapping device
• A policing or investigative platform

3. Owner Responsibility & Proper Use
You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the authorized owner or lawful user of any property
  protected by VOX.
• You are responsible for configuring VOX lawfully and
  ethically.
• You will not use VOX to violate privacy laws, recording laws,
  or third-party rights.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or
  exploit the VOX System.
  
  VOX is intended for defensive security purposes only.

4. No Continuous Monitoring or Surveillance
VOX does not continuously listen, monitor, or record conversations.
Any voice interaction occurs only at the moment of identity
authentication or owner-initiated security action, as described in the
Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Theft Prevention
While VOX is designed to enhance security, no system can guarantee
complete prevention of theft, damage, or loss.
VOX does not guarantee:

• That theft will not occur
• That property will always be recovered
• That alerts will prevent all harm
  VOX is a risk-reduction tool, not an insurance policy.

6. Alerts, Escalation & Third-Party Response
Security alerts and escalation features may include notifications to the
owner, designated contacts, security providers, or authorities only under
owner-authorized or legally required conditions.
VOX Security Technologies LLC:

• Does not control third-party response times
• Is not responsible for actions or inactions of third parties
• Does not act as a law-enforcement agency

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VOX Security Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

• Property loss or damage
• Theft or attempted theft
• Personal injury or confrontation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• System misuse or improper configuration
  Use of VOX is at your own risk.

8. No Emergency or Life-Safety System
VOX is not an emergency response system and should not replace emergency
services, alarms, or professional monitoring systems where legally
required.

9. Software, Updates & Availability
VOX may receive:

• Firmware updates
• Software improvements
• Security patches
  Updates may modify features, behavior, or performance. VOX does not
  guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent feature availability.

10. Intellectual Property
All VOX technology, trademarks, software, designs, and branding are the
exclusive property of VOX Security Technologies LLC.
You may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• License
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works
  
  Without written permission.

11. Termination of Use
VOX Security Technologies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate
access if:

• Terms are violated
• VOX is used unlawfully
• System integrity is compromised
  Termination does not waive legal rights.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State
applicable to VOX Security Technologies LLC, without regard to conflictof-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
VOX may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
